We are hiring Software Engineers (mid and Senior level) to support our team that is building high performing software applications for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  These roles are directly supporting our newly awarded contract supporting the USCIS Resources for InnoVation and Enterprise Readiness (RIVER) Benefits portfolio.  An ideal candidate possesses a high degree of initiative, passion for innovation, a solid understanding of software engineering, and a willingness to work in a highly collaborative Agile and DevOps culture.  This is a remote position. 
 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Strong hands-on software engineering experience across modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technology stacks and mission needs. 
  • Strong hands-on experience modernizing and integrating complex legacy systems through the design, development, and implementation of scalable APIs, middleware, cloud-native services, and modern software architectures across evolving enterprise environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration techniques, test-driven development and automated testing practices.   
  • Exceptional communication skills and desire to work in a ‘badgeless” collaborative team environment consisting of Government clients, other Contractors, and Stakeholders 
  • Strong desire to work in team environment and learn new skills 
  • US Citizenship is required due to Government client requirement 
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent is highly preferred
