We are currently hiring a Business Application Analyst to support a Government agency in Chantilly, VA. This role requires an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with an active polygraph.  All candidates must be willing to work on-site in Chantilly 5-days per week.

Responsibilities: 
  • Analyze and document large scale business processes for an enterprise IT security application
  • Lead solution design workshops to identify and resolve functional and technical gaps
  • Support clients in defining and documenting functional requirements
  • Perform validation testing for all configuration and functional changes
  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration and business process solutions
  • Onboard and integrate applications into existing business processes
  • Perform configuration, development and solution architecture activities for project deployments
  • Build effective relationships with customers to establish long-term business partnerships
  • Research and identify methodologies to automate and replace manual business processes
  • Track and propose solutions to remediate product backlog
  • Responsible for completion and customer communication for all work products
  • Participate in professional development training courses and be willing to obtain functional certifications
 Required Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years of experience of supporting enterprise business applications
  • Prior experience supporting SAP implementations is a major plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
  • Strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI required + Polygraph preferred
  • Obtain Security + certification within six months of hire
  • Able to work on-site in Chantilly, VA daily
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Communicates relevant messages on time and with constructive feedback to cross-functional colleagues & managers
